By commissioning the Artist,
the Client agrees to the following terms:

GENERAL• Usage of commissioned art for AI, Machine Learning and NFTs are STRICTLY prohibited.• I may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools for commissioned work.• I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.• I will only accept major revisions within the sketch/draft stages. Upon completion, minor revisions are feasible, however, major revisions will require additional fees.• Prices & TOS are subjected to changes without notice.

REQUIREMENTS• Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.• Clients are to provide clear requests and expectations upfront before work begins, including reference/design sheet. If requested for design services, please do provide plenty of mood boards or reference. Text only descriptions are not allowed.

PAYMENTS & FEES
• Payments to be made with Paypal through invoices, in USD only.• Full payment must be made upfront, or with payment plans (to be discussed) within 72hrs or commissions may be cancelled.• Rush fees may vary depending on the project and timeframe provided, otherwise it would be 20% of final quote.• NDA/Secrecy fees are 15% of final quote.• Cancellations/refunds are only applicable within 2 days after payments are made, otherwise no refunds are allowed.• Full refund may not be honored depending on commission progress.

RIGHTS & USAGE• Personal usage: Display on social media accounts with no direct monetization or sales, such as social media profile pictures, banners, prints to frame in personal spaces, or any other instances where no monetization of, or of content featuring, the artwork is involved.• Commercial usage: Usage of art on streams, videos, advertisements and other content, or any similar monetized instances; commercial distribution rights means selling or reselling art to another party, as a part of any product or merchandising, or on another platform.• Additional charges will be required for commercial usage, typically 2x of the original cost however may go up to 3x depending on the usage (i.e. Merchandising, for businesses, agencies, groups and other organizations)• I retain all copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the art and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more, exempting when agreed upon NDA.• I retain non exclusive rights to sell merchandise and prints of the art, unless exclusive commercial rights are purchased by the Client.• Clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else's and must credit me on social platforms using my username with or without commercial licensing.

PROCESS & TIMELINE• My response time may vary, up to a week in order to provide better or more concrete updates.• Commissions may take up to 6 months or more, depending on complexity, commission type and workload.• Extensions may be requested due to unforeseen circumstances.
